Ingredients


Makes: 6 servings
  • 3 Tbsp (45 ml) Chai Spice
  • 3 C (750 ml) non-fat milk
  • 3 C (750 ml) eggnog
  • 3 oz (90 ml) dark rum, divided – optional
  • Ground nutmeg, for garnish – optional

Preparation


 
  • In Multipurpose Pot - 8 C, combine Chai Spice, milk, and eggnog.
  • Bring to a gentle simmer, then remove from heat. Keep warm or chill.
  • Pour into mugs. If desired, pour a 1/2 oz (15 ml) shot of rum into each. Sprinkle with nutmeg and serve.

Tip


 

DIY Bar Tip: Make and refrigerate in (p.1006710) for a cool drink, or simply keep on low heat for hot toddies. Place glasses and nutmeg by pot.
