Preparation


 
  • In a Multipurpose Pot - 12 C , heat oil over medium heat. Add onion, celery, and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from pot and set aside.
  • Add chicken to pot and cook for 5 minutes, or until well-browned on all sides.
  • Return vegetables to pot with chicken. Add all remaining seasonings and stir for 1 minute.
  • Add Chicken Broth and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Add beans and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
