Makes: 18 Servings


  • Preheat oven to 375° F.
  • Place tart shells on Sheet Pan. Bake for 10–12 min, or until golden.
  • Meanwhile, cut avocados in half; discard pits. Scoop flesh into a food processor or blender. Using 2-in-1 Citrus Press, squeeze in juice from lime. Add smoothie booster, maple syrup, oil, and salt; puree until smooth.
  • Remove tarts from foil cups. Spoon in filling; generously sprinkle with topper. Arrange on a platter and serve.



TIP: Tarts taste best chilled. If time allows, refrigerate at least 10–15 min before serving. If making ahead, bake tart shells and prep filling up to 3 hours before serving. To preserve bright green colour, pack filling into a small bowl; press a sheet of food wrap directly on surface. Refrigerate until ready to use. Fill tart shells just before serving.
