  • In a Multipurpose Pot - 8 C whisk mix with whipping cream. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-high and continue cooking for 3 min. Chill before serving.

Tip


 

Chocolate Icing:
Using a hand mixer, beat chilled fudge sauce to desired thickness.
Chocolate syrup:
Replace whipping cream in fudge sauce with ¾ C (180 ml) your choice of water, milk, or non-dairy milk.
